SHIPPING METHOD

All orders are shipped via USPS. 

ORDER PROCESSING

Please note orders take approximately 2-4 business days to process before shipping if the item is in-stock, and does not need to be ordered (this includes all forms of shipping). Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday will not be processed until the following Monday. All orders will require a signature for package delivery. This must be obtained in-person; a signature left on the USPS notice does NOT qualify. Please note that USPS does not deliver on the weekends and the pick-up date does not count as a transit day.

TRACKING AN ORDER

You will receive a shipping confirmation via email when your order has been processed and shipped. This email will contain a tracking number which you can use to track the status of your order online. If you have any questions about your order,

FREE SHIPPING

We currently give customers the option for free USPS shipping for orders $125 and over. During checkout, please select “Free Shipping”. This option will only appear when you have an amount of $125 or more in your cart during the checkout process.

RETURNS 

USA Customers - Please visit our Return Center.  Begin the process by entering the the email address associated with your order.  Please read below for the term of eligible return and instructions for an international return.  We accept returns, refunds, and exchanges (unless otherwise noted) within 7 days from the customer's original purchase date.  Returned items must be unused, in original packaging and with original tags still attached. 

7XCHANGE Boutique refuses all refunds and exchanges on the grounds of the customer wanting to exchange older merchandise for newer merchandise within the 7 business day purchasing window.

All sales of special release items or items marked down on our website are nonrefundable and unable to be returned, exchanged, or canceled for any reason other than the receipt of damaged/defective goods.

All shipping charges for returns/exchanges are to be covered by the customer unless the item is being returned because of a 7XCHANGE fulfillment error. 

In the event that 7XCHANGE Boutique fulfills a customer's order in error (wrong size, wrong color, wrong product, etc), 7XCHANGE will facilitate an exchange to fulfill the originally purchased order.  This applies only to domestic customers.  It is the sole responsibility of our non-domestic (international) customer's to ship the erroneous order/product to our facility, at which point a return/exchange/fulfillment will be facilitated (including a reimbursement for return shipping on a case by case basis.

All returns will be offered via original payment method.  Once your return is received and completed, please allow up to 5 business days for your refund to process on your original payment method.

All returns/exchanges are handles on a case by case basis at the discretion of the retailer.  7XCHANGE Boutique reserves the right to deny any returns, exchanges, and refunds.

Returns, exchanges, and refunds (if accepted/honored) will be processed at the moment of return.  The customer will be responsible for all return shipping fees to our facility.  7XCHANGE Boutique is also not responsible for refunding original shipping for returned product

If your return is received damaged or unsellable, we will not process your return.

Important: Include with your return, a note describing the nature of the return, your name, order number (if applicable) and email address. Your return or exchange must be postmarked no later than 7 days after delivery date.  At the time of your return, you will be issued a refund to your original payment method (if criteria is met), minus the shipping costs and any applicable restocking fees.  Please allow up to 5 business days for your refund to process on your original payment method.
